At Chime, I lead design for the peer-to-peer (P2P) experience, shaping how millions of members send, receive, request, and manage money. I define product vision for complex, cross-functional initiatives, balancing member needs with business goals while creating experiences that are simple, secure, and intuitive.

I enjoy turning ambiguity into clarity, elevating design quality across teams, mentoring other designers, and using AI-powered workflows to accelerate ideation and prototyping.
